We are able to deliver item to everywhere in China and for the rest of the world, we are still working on it. Thanks for you patience.

Return:

We trust you will be delighted with your RESHAPE purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 7 days of receipt (China Only). Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged, with tags attached in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange or refund, please send email to us first and then get your Refund/Exchange Form. If you can use Taobao, contact our customer service, then they will easily help you for exchanges and returns.

Please note all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

And, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense, however RESHAPE will send the replacement items to you free of charge. Also, please note that it is your responsibility to select a postage option with tracking for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.

If the items requested in exchange are not available or further payment is required, we will contact you. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.

Exchange goods will be sent to you via SF Express. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.
